Training and education centre
About us
The Officer Training School provides training for cadets (students enrolled in the school) who, upon graduation, are ordained as officers (pastors/ministers) in the Salvation Army.
The curriculum consists of
* preparatory course (3 times a year two-day training in TSA and successful completion of 2 subjects offered by the Latvian Bible Centre);
* in the first year of training cadets live at the school; training includes both academic studies and practice and spiritual formation;
* In the second year of training, cadets undertake an internship; training is carried out both distance and face-to-face.
* In the third year after ordination, the school offers specialised further education courses.
