About us
Riga II Corps, also known as Bethany, is housed in a building that was renovated in 1995., donated to the Salvation Army by organist Estere Didrihsone. Until 1939. the building was used by a Methodist congregation called “Bethany”, and the name has not changed since.
2001. In September 2009, a building for shower and laundry services was built with the support of a generous Swedish donor. In a part of the city where hot water is considered a luxury, the opportunity to take a shower and wash your clothes has been very popular.
